quitter – working day four
Right here I go yet again.
It was in the commencing of the 12 months that I tried out to end smoking cigarettes. That didn’t function so properly.
They say most folks make a number of attempts prior to accomplishment. Frankly, I just want to get it more than and completed with. Withdrawal sucks.

You can do it baby. I believe in you.
When you’re really ready, you’ll stop.
I stayed on the patch for over a year, but haven’t had a smoke in 7.
Now, I only smoke when I walk fast!
Let me know if I can help you at all. I can rationalize almost anything.
You can do it A. I think it took me 2 years of failed attempts before I finally quit, but it was well worth it. Hang in there.
You do it. I’ll do it.
its a tough one. get some celery sticks for the oral cravings (not the sexual kind)…and walk for 10 minutes when they start. if you wait 10 mins supposedly the brain stops the fix.
acupuncture and hypnotherapy can work too believe it or not. good luck! you can do it.
Proud of ya! Good luck!!
🙂 my degreeeee is about it
and you are right..
it does suck
but damnit all you’re trying
and that is awesome!
kick asssss!
You can do it, Sweetie! You’ve gotten over worse so you can overcome this as well. Yeah, it both sucks and blows but its worth it and think of all the money you’ll be saving!
If there’s anything I can do, please let me know. (I quit cold turkey from a 2 pack/day habit 15 years ago.)
Aaron — USE THE GUM –! WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE HAVING A SMOKE, POP A PIECE OF THE GUM IN YOUR MOUTH.
It works.
I wish you strength………………….
yeah quitting sucks.
I did it a hundered times.
Last time I quit – I just stopped.
I won’t even touch them now…..
I had been quit for two years, then just started lighting friends cigs for them…. wasn’t long before I started again.
I don’t smoke now, don’t even want to.
it’ll be natural for you to not smoke soon.
Good luck! It’s tough, but it’s worth it!
