My Smok G-Priv Baby has been giving me issues the past few weeks, as in leaking vap juice, and it’s obvious this has caused a # of internal issues, as in has 2 be restarted, works fine 4 a little while & then I’ve got 2 restart it, even after I’ve gotten the settings just right 4 my vaping pleasure. I’ve removed the battery a could times cleaned with some rubbing alcohol & made sure everything was dry before reassembly. It works fine for a short time, and then it does it again after it’s completely charged! I’ve had no issues with my Realstick, it’s what I resort 2 until I’ve messed with the G-priv baby I bought myslef for my birthday last December 29th. I bought said device from Epic Vaps here in my hometown of Wapakoneta. The stores location is in a small shopping center a couple blocks from my apartment. Please contact me with specific details on how I can remedy this issue A.S.A.P. Just a friendly reminder I’m currently on social security, therefore being on a fixed budget limits my affordability issues! I’d bought these devices 2 assist me in stopping smoking, I was in near fatal car accident in August 2002 similar to the kind that claimed Paul Walkers life with the exception I’d went through the windshield, numerous injuries 2 many 2 list including a collapsed lung! I lost my father to lung cancer September 17th 2013 Thank U in advance 4 a timely response since there are so many videos online!
Sorry to hear about all the tough times you have been facing. Since you bought the G-Priv in December it could still be under warranty, SMOK is quite difficult to get a replacement from sometimes as I have tried and they offered me a discount instead of a new unit. Your experience may vary.
Something else to try, get a zip-lock baggy and add some white rice to it. Then put your vape device in the zip-lock for 24 hours, then wipe it all off with a dry towel and see if the situation has improved. Sounds like the leaking could have gotten into the board, but there is no other way to clean the internals except for taking it apart. You should also look into a firmware update, and verify your battery is fitting tightly. Use our Contact-Us page to continue talking with us we will help you anyway we can!
